MEDWAY Maintenance and Repair strengthens company's digitalization with second phase of SAP implementation

MEDWAY MR has just completed the 2nd phase of the implementation of the SAP system, with the purpose of managing the maintenance activity, monitoring the real performance of the rolling stock in commercial service and also establishing contacts with customers, remotely, maximizing the efficiency of service and the reliability of the transacted data. This system allows obtaining information to support a fleet with more than 2,500 active vehicles, of different types, operating in the Iberian peninsula and promoting an effective management of the maintenance work carried out by the company.

Bruno Silva, Director General of MEDWAY, highlights: “This was another important step in the digital transformation of MEDWAY, a complex process that we are pleased to have implemented during the pandemic context we live in."
