MEDWAY started on Tuesday a cargo transport operation, with 4 650 tons, for its client Andrade & Ramos. 68 rail bars 72m long and 760 rail bars 108m long are being transported. The material, coming from Italy, will be moved between the Poço do Bispo Terminal (Lisbon) and the Infraestruturas de Portugal Shipyard (Entroncamento). The operation lasts 1 week, with 2 daily trains (total of 11 trains) and wagons adapted for this special transport. |
