MEDWAY celebrates its 10th anniversary with a gala event in Lisbon

MEDWAY celebrated its 10th anniversary yesterday with a special ceremony held at Quinta da
Pimenteira in Lisbon. The gala brought together over 100 guests, including clients, long-standing
partners and representatives from government bodies and organisations that have supported the
company since its privatisation in 2016.

More than just an institutional celebration, the evening was conceived as an occasion for coming
together, sharing and recognition. It was an opportunity to thank everyone who believed in the
MEDWAY project and contributed to a decade marked by challenges, progress and sustained growth.

Throughout the evening, the company’s journey was revisited — a journey shaped by people and teams,
by collective ambition and a vision for the future. From its early days in Portugal, through its consolidation
in the Iberian market, to its entry and growth in Spain and, more recently, in France, the scale of a project
that has always moved forward with commitment and resilience was clear to see.

In an inspiring setting, the gala was marked by symbolic and emotional moments, including the screening
of a video commemorating our 10th anniversary, which featured the stories, faces and values that form
part of MEDWAY’s identity.

More than just figures or results, we celebrated the contribution of our employees, our strategic
partnerships and the trust we have built up over time.

MEDWAY’s 10th-anniversary celebration was, therefore, a moment of collective pride and a reaffirmation
of identity — a way of honouring the journey so far and reaffirming the commitment to move forward
with the same determination and ambition that have brought the company this far.
