Requirements analysis, investigation and solution design;
Develop functional specifications;
Monitoring of technical implementation;
Production of support documentation and user training;
Execute tests and their validation;
Ensure the introduction of tools to the corresponding business areas;
Ensure application support to users respecting quality principles;
Promote the continuous evolution of solutions according to business objectives.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Systems, or similar in the field of Information Technologies;
Previous experience in Application Analysis and Implementation;
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Spanish is also an advantage;
Intrinsic interest in the areas of Transport and Logistics.
High level of analysis and critical thinking;
Organization, autonomy and proactivity;
Good communication and relationship skills;
Interest in research, experimentation and finding solutions.
